Checking in with my body: Reading 30 minutes at a time

Oh, Jean, I just finished your book. WOW! And thank you. I’m always really scared to read survivor  memoirs. I decided to listen to the audio version, and I’m so glad I did! My self care plan was to set the audible timer for 30 minutes for each reading time. This way I could check in with my body, mind and soul for what might be coming up about my own abuse.
